CallTrackerNXT is designed for Windows 7 and provides call tracking, issue management & problem resolution.
This system provides functions to enter calls, attach contacts and assets, track call actions, research and provide solutions.

Calls can be listed by various display criteria including call ID, date, contact, summary and revisit dates. Filters can be applied to refine the call list by operator and status.

When calls are updated, a date and time stamp is applied along with the operators name and full details. A full history of all call actions by all operators is maintained.

Calls can be reassigned to other operators (multi user version), including those using mobile devices, and can be assigned revisit dates and priorities.

The interface includes visual and audible warnings for call reassignments and revisit alerts.
